About

Senior Field Service Engineer at Prima Power. I handle the full cycle of putting high-tech CNC sheet metal machinery into operation: installation → commissioning → acceptance testing → training the customer's staff at every level, from operators to engineers, in Russian and English.

Currently a Resident Engineer in Saudi Arabia: commissioning a fleet of Prima Power machines and automated lines, introducing preventive maintenance standards, training and certifying technical staff. I take on non-standard problems.

    SEP System House factory, Riyadh: commissioning of the Night Train Genius lines. Shear Genius + LD/STS, EBe, eP-series.
    Staff training and certification in English, preventive maintenance standards.

  2. 2024 — 2025

    Coordinated service projects end to end across Russia and abroad. Commissioned the PunchBend production line at the Stynergy plant (Almaty, Kazakhstan).

Resident Engineer — Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A comprehensive project: commissioning the Night Train Genius automated production line and a fleet of modern servo-electric machines.
The full sheet metal processing cycle has been successfully launched. The first Shear Genius + LD/STS cutting cell is fully installed, tested and handed over to production (the customer already manufactures on their own).
For bending operations, a fleet of high-precision eP-series servo-electric press brakes was commissioned in standalone mode.

Technical staff training & certification

A three-level program in English: operators, technicians, engineers. Seven self-authored modules on SG electrics — schematics, EtherCAT, PILZ safety circuits, LinkOne. Certification: 6 of 7 technicians passed on the first attempt.

A torch height controller for a gantry cladding machine: circuit design (op-amps, stepper drivers) plus firmware with an alpha-beta filter — immune to interference from currents up to 1000 A.
